Crest Data Systems is looking for Talent Acquisition Specialist with 6+years of experience in IT recruitments who is responsible for managing and supporting internal hiring. The interested candidate will be responsible to lead and drive the end to end recruitment process.


  • The candidate will be responsible to design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/social medias/colleges etc.
  • Responsible for leading & managing the recruitment team to achieve the target.
  • Screen, Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills,experience and aptitudes
  • Builds & maintains relationship with vendor for lateral & campus hiring.
  • Monitor and apply the best Talent Acquisition practices
  • Provide analytical and well documented Talent Acquisition reports to the human resource manager.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”


  • Proven work experience as a Lead Recruiter / Talent Acquisition specialist especially with IT – Software and Services Clients.
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
  • Ability to organize skills assessment centers (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc)
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making & negotiation skills
