JOB DESCRIPTION:

Crest Data Systems is looking for a versatile senior PMO Lead with 6-10 years of experience. The job requirement is mentioned below –

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDES:

  • Implementation and execution of the PMO, by helping establish a clear vision with delivery route map including interim milestones and long term measures of success / key performance indicators.
  • Standardizing Project Management systems and processes – Creating new/ Improving current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity.
  • Gathering data about project progress and producing reports and present it to the Senior Management & relevant Stake holders.
  • Prepare status reports, highlight setbacks to the project timelines, proactively escalate potential red flags, and recommend mitigation solutions.
  • Managing dependencies across multiple projects.
  • Managing the end to end project life cycle and driving optimization of operating models.
  • Ability to use Project management tools and track/review projects using these.
  • Managing resource forecast or creating a resource capacity plan. This helps management in understanding resource availability in various skills and departments.
  • Capture new project and resource requests and find the best possible team to support that.
  • Maintain and update the status of projects that are in progress.
  • Audit projects to make sure they are following all engineering practices.
  • Develop standards and processes for engineering projects.
  • Gather data about project progress and produce reports for management.
  • Manage dependencies across multiple projects.
  • Plan for training and mentoring for project team members.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 6 Years – 10 Years of Hands-on Experience with PMO.
  • B.E/B.Tech(computers), B.Sc CS/IT, BBA, MBA in project management, M.Sc CS/IT, M.E/M.Tech is required.
  • Must have strong communication, presentation, interpersonal skills, and vendor management.
  • PMP certification and Project management certifications are plus.
  • Must have great leadership skills
  • Adapt at project and change management
  • Must possess good financial acumen
  • Must have good interpersonal skills.
