Crest Data Systems is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with 4+years of experience in IT recruitment who is responsible for managing and supporting internal hiring. The interested candidate will be required to have an ability to conduct different types of interviews and knowledge of various recruiting tools/methods.


  • The candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing overall recruiting strategy
  • Candidate is expected to prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/social medias/colleges etc
  • Screen, Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills,experience and aptitudes
  • Monitor and apply the best Talent Acquisition practices
  • Provide analytical and well documented Talent Acquisition reports to the human resource manager.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”


  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition executive especially with IT – Software and Services Clients.
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
  • Ability to organize skills assessment centers (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc)
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making & negotiation skills
