Network Operations – Day 2 Support
Network design and deployment is just the beginning of the journey. Once this is done, the operations team take over to ensure smooth operations of the network. We provide onsite and offshore / remote monitoring and troubleshooting of the network who will ensure that the issues are flagged and reported (using ticketing system such as ServiceNow or whatever client is using). Once this is done, we collect all the necessary information to troubleshoot the issue and resolve by working with the necessary teams within the IT organization.
